Since the owner of M+ is a disabled-veteran himself, he clearly understands the challenges faced by military citizens needing to transition to the civilian workforce, wounded warriors returning from post-war activities, and veterans struggling to adapt to day-to-day activities. M+ makes special efforts to reach out to this group using direct contact with military associations, the Veteran Administration, VFW and Civic groups.

M+ understands that when the workplace is disrupted for any reason, both the employee and the business can suffer. School leadership and teachers face daily challenges including increased workload, lack of funding, testing demands, poor student behavior, and poor parental involvement and/or behavior. The breakdown of the family unit causes over ninety percent (90%) of the problems religious organizations face today. While society wrestles with such things as social media, quick-divorce, marriage definitions, and the legal meandering of laws, rules, and regulations, the end state for religious organizations is in the disintegration of the family unit. Mastering the Positive can provide focused and tailored sessions to these organizations using soft skills combined with their religious doctrine. In particular, sessions on communication, delivering constructive criticism, organizational skills, and interpersonal skills can help any family. Although an organization’s religious beliefs remain between the member and their leadership, Mastering the Positive uses appropriate biblical principles along side of the soft skills curriculum for a rewarding session.
